  1. Dear Arjana,
    Thanks for this wonderful post:)
This is a great adventure and as you mentioned twitter has a great impact on most of us.
Lots of great things happened to me after I joined twitter. One of them is having a PLN which enables me share and collaborate and even communicate.
I hope this will continue to motivate us:)

  2. Yay, Arjana! It’s wonderful to see so many great things coming your way.

Seems to me that the most powerful ideas turn out to be simple and elegant. Your Greetings from the World is both, and incredibly powerful. I use it as an example whenever I talk to teachers about the value of collaboration.

I’m so grateful to have gotten to know both you and Eva–thanks to Twitter!

  3. Thank you Barbara for dropping by.
Yes, I agree sometimes the simplest things can be very elegant because they tend to be very powerful. Greetings from the world proved that it is a wonderful project and it also inspired many teachers to start similar projects.
Blogging, twitter and PLNs enhance our creativity and that is the thing I love about them:)

  4. Arjana,

Your incredible story is so inspiring. It reinforces why those of us who have Personal/ Passionate Learning Networks wish all educators had one! Just by participating it leads to so many opportunities for growth and impacts our students. Now your students have seen their hard work appreciated by the world and that is motivating in itself! 🙂

  5. Dear Eva, dear Barbara, dear Shelly!
Thank you so much for your kind words. It feels great to be part of this amazing online community of educators, which you, Shelly, have named the Passionate Learning Network! And rightly so! Although I still haven’t met you yet, I feel I know you so well and I’m pleased and honored to be friends with you!

  7. This is such a wonderful story and although I followed it happening to hear it told it your own words is really such a nice treat. Sorry, it’s taken me forever to see this post and come by to say hi Eva & Arjana – you’re both such amazing and inspirational teachers, am proud to know you both, even if it’s just through twitter!!!
