Interviewing ChatGPT: Friend or Foe? Understanding the Pros and Cons of AI Language Generation

People have been writing, talking, tweeting about ChatGPT. Some are concerned, some are happy to use it as a tool. I even see on Twitter that many speakers at conferences started to talk about it and I’ve been playing with it for a while and thinking about writing a post but I wasn’t sure about what to write and how to write as it chats with me, I decided to do an interview with it.  Although it’s very advanced and its responses are human-like, you’ll feel that mechanic voice while reading the interview which sounds like an essay with all introductions, supporting details and concluding sentences but, alas, this is ChatGPT and this is how it expresses itself. For me it’s actually a very versatile tool, no different than others. However, we need to be careful when using it as it can make mistakes while generating tasks and exercises.
